As you may recall, we have cancelled all Living Kraków group projects for 2020 because of the lock-down, but we are using this time to prepare some very special offerings for 2021. (Yes, it takes a year or more to plan and organize our unique custom pilgrimages (not a tour.)

This too will pass! The fear will end, and you will be ready to breakout with a Pilgrimage in Poland for Feast of Corpus Christi, one of it’s most Holy Celebrations. May 30 to June 10, 2021, led by Fr. Steve Kunkel, Pastor of St. Thomas Apostle Parish in Phoenix.

Corpus Christi pilgrimage is one of our most popular, space is limited to 30 Pilgrims. (At this writing, 14 have already reserved a place from one brief announcement in our recent Living Kraków newsletter.)

We can accommodate a limited number of families, in family rooms (2-3 families, depending on ages) at family rates we will custom quote for you. Children must be mature enough to handle long days, though we have had as young as age 9 successfully on numerous occasions. Our time in Kraków is very flexible, so you can opt to leave the group for activities of your own choice (we return to our Kraków home each night.)

Warsaw – Chopin concert in Lazienki Park, Driving Tour of City, Daily Mass at Bl Jerzy Popieluszko’s St. Stanisław Church, Excursions to Płock (St. Faustina) and Niepokolanów (St. Maximilian Kolbe) Leisure and shopping in Old Town Center

Lublin: Catholic University where future Pope John Paul II taught, Majdanek Death Camp, Excursions to Kaszimierz Dolny and Sandomierz (Royal City) Medieval Bakery (time for lunch),

Częstochowa – Jasna Góra Monastery, Mass at Altar of Black Madonna celebrated by Fr. Steve, Extended tour of monastery led by Pauline brother, time for shopping among craft and religious shops at the monastery or adjacent along town’s main street.

Kraków – Poland’s “Magic City”. Celebrate Corpus Christi Feast Day (actual, Thursday June 3) with Mass led by Archbishop at Wawel Cathedral, join Eucharistic procession to main square and famous Mariacki Basilika. Daily excursions to places associated with the lives of the Mercy Saints (John Paul II, Maximilian, Faustina) Tyniec monastery, Divine Mercy Sanctuary, John Paul II Sanctuary, Franciscan Church and monastery where Kolbe served and was seminarian, Abp private residence where Karol was ordained,
